It’s been a while since I have written ANYTHING on here. Well, as most of you know, Jordan and I finally got married in April (yay!!)! We’ve been living in Seattle for almost a year already, we can’t believe how fast time has gone by. The hubz still enjoys his job at Amazon, which is great (love knowing he is happy with what he does)!! We also moved into our new apartment which is way better than the first one we rented, mostly because we actually found out we can decorate our apartment room!
One year ago, we officially started this wonderful Journey of ours. A lot has happened, but It really all started from the moment I met you, about 3 years ago. We were very good friends, used to Skype every now and then. We use to chat on Facebook a lot, since that seemed to be the easiest way to communicate. I always cared about you, and had feelings for you. All I wanted was for you to be happy, even if it was with someone else, but by some miracle, you wound up with me.
If everything goes according to plan, I will be getting married in 378 days (one year and 13 days from today.) to my amazing fiancé, Jordan.
I have been back home for a little over a week now, after spending about 3 months in Australia. I am feeling extremely motivated to get back into working out more and eating healthier. I am especially excited about trying to lose weight this time around because my fiancé is actually going to be doing it with me! Continue reading
I haven’t posted here in a while due to being in Australia. I’ll be here for about 3 1/2 more weeks. I can’t believe my trip has almost come to an end. It’s been so wonderful being able to be here. During the first few weeks, Jordan and I had a planned trip to head up to Queensland to go to Dreamworld and Movieworld, two amazing theme parks. We had left on January 8th early in the morning to catch our 8 a.m. flight. We landed in Queensland 2 hours later, and then we headed straight for Dreamworld where we spent most of the day. Dear Mom and Dad,
As the days quickly come and go, the day for me to take off to Australia is just around the corner. I am very excited to be able to go on this amazing trip. I always wanted to be able to travel internationally and I actually get to do it, at the early age of 23. I thought I was going to have to wait till I was at least in my mid 30’s to be able to do something like this.
My life has changed so much within the past seven months, and it is all thanks to my love, Jordan. He has done so much for me with in such a short amount of time, it almost seems like this is one huge dream. Who would have thought, two years ago when we first met, we would end up the way we are now. You were such an amazing friend to me in the past and just a wonderful person over all. I couldn’t imagine what my life would be like today, if I had never met you, and honestly, I wouldn’t want to because, I love everything we have now and cherish every moment we have together.
If you asked me back in 2008, ” where do you see yourself in 5 years?”, I honestly wouldn’t know what to say other than I hopefully would be done with college, and be working in the field I studied in. I did indeed graduate from college with my associates degree in Medical Assisting, that’s for sure, but I had no idea that I would be heading all the way across the world for three months at the end of 2013! I am currently in the best relationship I could have ever dreamed of or even ask for, and it just so happens to be with my best friend. His name is Jordan. We met online through a game & I have known Jordan for a little under 2 years now. We started dating April 16, 2013.
